## What Citizenly does

Citizenly turns a policy issue into a full email campaign with a single shareable URL. Each supporter enters their NYC address, the platform automatically routes them to every correct representative for that address, and the supporter sends an individually authored, verified message. Not a mass petition. Not a form letter blast. Each email arrives in the official's inbox from the constituent's own address, with a reply-to they can use.

Citizenly routes to eight categories of NYC and New York State officials:

- NYC City Council members (51 districts, routed by home address)
- NYC Borough Presidents (5 offices: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island)
- NYC Community Boards (59 boards across all five boroughs)
- New York State Assembly members (63 NYC-area districts)
- New York State Senate members (26 NYC-area districts)
- Governor of New York (statewide, covers all NYC residents)
- NYC City Council Committee Chairs (Pro tier, routed by issue area)
- NYS Senate Committee Chairs (Pro tier, routed by issue area)

Each constituent is routed only to officials who represent their specific address. No zip code approximation: Citizenly uses official NYC district boundary data (polygon intersection) for accurate routing.
